I continue to work to empower patients to take control of their own health. Keeping track of your symptoms can help you and your health care team make better decisions about your care.
After lots of feedback and work with a great developer team at BHS Consultants, cialis 20mg the DotFriday Symptom Tracker app is available for iPhone, iPad and iPods. This app allows you to track your symptoms on the go.
Check it out on the App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/dotfriday/id1089256987?ls=1&mt=8.
The beauty of the app is in its simplicity and flexibility. You decide what symptoms are important for you to track, and you can create your own symptom names. Only you know what is going on with your body, so keep track so that you can provide your health care team with convincing evidence of your symptoms.
The app allows you to generate a report symptoms over time. And through the Contacts feature you can email reports to yourself or others. Many doctors are not yet available by email, so until then, email the report to yourself and print a copy before your doctor’s appointment.
Please send your comments and suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you like the app, please give it a positive review on the App Store.
And keep tracking!
